The Reason Women in China Do Not Have Breast Cancer!

Jane Plant is a wife and a mother and at the same time she is a renowned expert and professor of geochemistry. Jane was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 42, in 1987

The first prognosis were that this cancer will end both her career and her life. Nevertheless, she refused to give up, and was determined to fight this disease.

Jane implemented some changes in her lifestyle, and she followed a specific dietary regimen. Because of this changes she succeeded in saving her life, and now she wants to spread her experience and raise people’s awareness.

Jane’s husband, who is an experienced and renowned scientist was working in China at the time she was diagnosed. He started doing research on the reason why the rates of breast cancer in women in China are so low. He succeeded in finding out the cure for cancer. Despite the fact that many people find this method very controversial, it is now public and everybody can use it and save their lives.

Jane’s Story

Jane’s Chinese colleges had sent her letters, cards and incredible herbal suppositories, which were supposed to help her fight cancer. She remembers that they laughed a lot because they didn’t think these suppositories were actually going to help her with her cancer. Jane kept wondering why women in China do not develop breast cancer. After doing some research, they found out a research from the 1980s that discovered that only 14 % of the calories in the usual Chinese diet were fat, compared with 36% of calories in the Western diet. Nevertheless, Jane’s diet prior to her cancer was rich in fiber and low in fats, and she knew that fats do not increase the risk of developing breast cancer.

However, soon Jane discovered that the Chinese do not consume dairy products. She found this discovery shocking, but felt happiness at the same time. She felt like she was close to finding out the truth.

She recalled that her Chinese colleges always refused the cheese course, they said milk was for babies and that there was a lot of people who were milk intolerant. She added that she didn’t know a single Chinese who feeds their babies with cow or dairy products.

Jane found out that more than 70 % of the population worldwide in lactose-intolerant. Moreover, mils causes most allergies, and this is considered normal by nutritionists.

Jane said that she used to consume a lot of dairy, prior to her diagnose. She added that she consumed cheap beef. She added that she consumed organic yogurts so as to support good gut bacteria which was supposed to help her with digestion when she was receiving chemotherapy.

Nevertheless, she found out that a yogurt was linked to ovarian cancer in 1989, when hundreds of women were examined by Dr. Daniel Cramer from Harvard University. This doctor recorder these women’s diet. This made Jane to stop consuming dairy product like butter, milk, and yogurt and so on.

The chemotherapy didn’t show any results, so Jane decided to stop consuming dairy.

Two weeks later, Jane notices that the lump on her neck began to itch, softened and then shrank. Moreover, she realized that apart from reducing in size, her tumor was also cured.

Six weeks after being on a dairy-free diet, Jane couldn’t find her lump. She asked her husband to locate it, but he didn’t find it as well. Next, Jane visited her specialist, and he couldn’t find the lump as well. Her specialist was shocked and skeptical about her regimen. However, I have heard that he advises his patients to avoid dairy.

Nowadays, I completely understand that there is a relation between breast cancer and dairy products, just like there is a relation between lung cancer and smoking.
