The recipes are based on one serving.

Basic Chia Gel

You just need chia and water!

Add1/3-cup of chia seeds in 2 cups water and stir well. This is the recipe for the ‘basic gel’ that you can store in the fridge and use whenever you like.

Sweet Chia Shortbread

About 5 tablespons of chia seeds 2 tablespoons of lucuma powder 2 cups of apple juice Half a cup of dried mulberries

Pumpkin seeds

Put the chia in the apple juice and let them soak. Add the other ingredients and let them soak for a minimum of 10 minutes before eating.

‘Chia Fresca’

Green Chia

Eight dried prunes, soaked in pure water A tablespoon of spirulina

1/3 cup of chia seeds

Mix together the bananas and vegetable juice in a blender. Add the ground chia seeds and blend until you completely mix the seeds.

Pour it into a bowl and add the raisins and walnuts in the mixture. Shape into a bread loaf.

Cream Cheese

Three avocados (only the flesh) Nine dates A cup of lemon juice A handful of dulse seaweed
